Oblong shapes strung along delicate wire make up this conversation-starting piece inspired by the art of Alexander Calder.
This necklace is handmade from recycled felt in Peru by groups of women living in small rural communities on the outskirts of Lima. Over 200 women have been individually trained in the making of each unique piece. This empowers them to earn a steady income while simultaneously caring for their families. Each piece sold helps support the growth and social development of these small communities and especially for these dedicated craftswomen.
Colors may vary slightly due to availability of textiles.
