Strings of floating butterflies flatter your neckline when you wear the Mariposa. 

This design consists of strands of twisting wire chains with double faced butterflies--one side a shiny silver, the other brightly colored--attached to each strand. Mariposas means butterflies in Spanish!

Necklace is handmade from recycled textiles in Peru by groups of women living in small rural communities in the outskirts of Lima. Over 200 women have been individually trained in the making of each unique piece. This empowers them to earn a steady income while simultaneously caring for their families. Each piece sold helps support the growth and social development of these small communities and especially for these dedicated craftswomen.

Colors may vary slightly due to availability of textiles.
