Inspired by the work of Dale Chihuly, Nirit Dekel began creating handblown glass jewelry in 2000. Using Italian Moretti glass and traditional lampworking techniques, she strives to give personality to each of her beads, describing them as “awake, moving, bubbling, winking, and restlessly jumping.” Ranging from delicate to bold, her bright, colorful pieces are richly textured with intriguing details. She lives and works in Tel Aviv but her work has been featured around the world.
This bracelet is made of dotted beads inspired by the organic shapes of seashells.
